In this post, as in the previous one, I´ll recommend some random movies and series to watch during the quarantine.
Friendly reminder that these recommendations are just random and don´t have anything to do with viruses or pandemics.
My first recommendation is my most recent watch, Paquita Salas. This amazing show is on Netflix, created by Los Javis (Javier Calvo y Javier Ambrossi) and has a really fun cast including Brays Efe, as Paquita, Belen Cuesta, as Magüi (Paquita´s assistant), Yolanda Ramos, Lidia San José, Anna Castillo, and more Spanish icons like Terelu. The show is about an actors agent, Paquita Salas, who has an agency called PS Management. It´s really really fun and has lots of cameos.

My second recommendation is Sing Street, one of my favorite movies. It´s an Irish film directed by John Carney about an Irish teen who has to change schools to a religious one because his family has no money and starts a band in order to impress a girl called Ramona. The movie is really really good, it has a lot of comedy, also drama but mainly comedy, has a lot of good music, the music of the '80s but also original songs of the movie, as it´s a musical and a really good message, to follow your dreams.

My next recommendation is one of the best series ever made, Twin Peaks. These 90s show created by David Lynch and Mark Frost about the mysterious murder of Laura Palmer and a really bizarre town with many secrets it´s really good. The first 2 seasons, as I haven´t watched entirely the third season (which was realized in 2017), are super iconic and entertaining. It´s by David Lynch so it´s very strange at times, which is awesome, and the characters are really well made and likable (most of them), especially Special Agent Dale Cooper and Nadine, who is really funny. And the ending of season 2 is mindblowing.

And last by not least, Gone Girl. This David Fincher movie of 2014 starring Ben Affleck playing a husband whose wife goes missing the day of their wedding anniversary is one of the best movies by this amazing director, and one of the movies which have more plot twists ever. The movie was outstanding performances by both Ben Affleck and Rosamund Pike (which in my opinion should have won an Oscar for her performance in this movie) and is extremely entertaining.
